SUZHOU STYROTEX PLASTIC CO., LTD

Suzhou Styrotex Plastic Co., Ltd is a lightweight pallet manufacturing company located in Suzhou, China. The lightweight pallets, brand named Aeropal™, were developed by Suzhou Styrotex Plastic’s parent company Styrotex (Asia Pacific) Sdn Bhd in conjunction with EPSOL Machinery. Both companies have EPSOL Aeropal™ Formers, model AF1515 at their facilities.

Victor Ng, General Manager of Suzhou Styrotex Plastic Co. Ltd., has been involved in and has overseen the entire plant set up with the assistance of EPSOL Machinery. “We have purchased our first machine from EPSOL Machinery which has been commissioned and is in full production. Our current pallet orders are set to multiply at a fast rate. To satisfy the demand we will be purchasing a number of extra machines from EPSOL in the near future.”

Upon asking Victor about EPSOL’s service, “We have found EPSOL to be very helpful in all dealings from the purchase right through to technical advice during and after commissioning of our machine. They have a good technical knowledge and passed a lot of this onto our staff during the training and commissioning.”

Victor commented on EPSOL’s machine’s reliability, “We have run three shifts or 24hrs per day for a continuous period of time and have not experienced any problems with the machine operation.”

On the user-friendliness of EPSOL’s machines Victor had to say, “Their machines are quite easy to use and our staff can easily set up new products on the touch screen. It is definitely an advantage with the dual language option so we can have all the settings in Mandarin (Chinese).”
